Many,many thanks for the use of the cottage for our shoot on Sunday.Wow!...what a fab place and Jaq absolutely loved the setting.You really have done a great job there and we will book soon for a night over for ourselves!
 
Hope all was left in good order and tidy.We did make sure not to wear shoes in such an immaculate cottage. 'M ' is a real cool guy,a real gentleman and a pleasure to meet.
 
We were so busy tidying our gear we forgot to fill in the guest book before we left so please,please print this off if you have time and paste it in...this is the best presented,well thought-out and most relaxing place we have been to and we can't wait to come back again!
 
We will put a nice link to your site from Jaq's next month when it goes online if that's okay?
 
ps...and a big hi from Big Nathan (the guy in the collar) who was supposed to be doing lighting but got a little tied up!

 What an amazing find this place was. We really enjoyed our stay. Being local to Birmingham  means it’s so easy for us to get to, but we felt miles away in our own exclusive hide-a-way!

Also we didn’t  have to worry about what to do with the dog during our stay….as he came with us.

Romantic and fun all in one!!!!
 
Great place really nice to stay in, and with that extra special room to enjoy!
 
The location is great with a nice little town centre only a stroll away, yet your out of the way, secluded with grounds to play, the outdoor swing is worth trying!
The play room is well equipped and has enough devices to keep all amused for hours!!
Whilst the rest of the cottage has a romantic and tasteful feel.

We were fortunate enough to spend a wonderful day at the Boudoir. We booked the cottage through Janey's website and she kept us updated all the way answering any queries we had very promptly.

The cottage is remarkably discreet, the garden and building itself is covered by trees and bushes in such a way that it cannot be viewed. The interior is beautifully decorated and with nice touches and cosy inside. The play room is amazing, with enough to keep you occupied for ages.

It's so nice to find something that is both out of the ordinary and classy while catering for us kinksters. Janey and her partner bring a personal touch to the establishment that makes you feel welcome at all times.

We highly recommend Boudoir 69 and cannot wait to go back.

Just returned from My first stay at The Cottage this week and what a blissful time it was!

The place itself, is a quirky fairytale of a Cottage.. (although My sub may describe it more of a Grimms fairytale after the time he was subjected to, and I enjoyed!!!!!LOL!)

The privacy.....(we played outside for hours in the evening in the spacious gardens that are slowly taking shape  and will undoubtably look lovely for the Open Day)...

The equipment in the Playroom is as varied and kept me amused until four in the morning when I fell gratefully into the gorgeously comfortable four poster, and he was locked into the cage for the remainder of the night!

The greatest accolade that I could give is this....I will be having my sub book again for a stay..but this time, for TWO days and nights!

Thanks to all whose imagination, determination and hard work are providing a special place for people like us to stay, and play.

There are simply not enough places like that around!

Am just annoyed that a previous appointment prevents me from joining in with the fun in July!

Will look forward to seeing the photos!
