All Prices based on Exclusive cottage & grounds rental , not per person as only your guest and yourself will be on the premises at all times during your stay.
Overnight stays, Check in time is 5pm on your day of arrival & check out on departure is 11am. These times may both be extended by 4 hours by adding the 'Daytime Hire' option to your stay. i.e, Check in 12 noon instead of 5pm on your arrival or check out at 3pm instead of 11am on departure.

1 Night = £120.00
Additional Nights = £100.00 per night
If you wish a friend to join you on your stay the rate is ' £40 per additional person, per night.

Refunds are only given with 7 days notice of cancellation of your booking. Also in the event of cancellation A fee of £40 for each night booked will be deducted from the total amount. paid by yourself upon your initial booking enquiry. All bookings are to be paid for In Full to be secured. for your stay Please note that once keys are exchanged no refunds can be given.
